Refund policy

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• A flat 80 EGP fee applies to exchanges and returns.
• Refunds are issued via Instapay or E-wallet within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, the exchange or return will be completely free, with a full refund and no fees.
