Exchange Policy

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• A flat exchange fee of 80 EGP applies.

If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, the exchange will be 100% free with no shipping fees.

يمكن طلب الاستبدال خلال 14 يوماً من استلام الطلب.

الشروط:
• أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبداخل التغليف الأصلي.
• يتم احتساب رسوم استبدال ثابتة 80 جنيه.

إذا كان المنتج تالفاً أو به عيب أو غير مطابق للوصف يتم الاستبدال مجاناً بالكامل دون أي رسوم.

 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed via Instapay or E-wallet within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, with the 80 EGP return fee deducted from the refunded amount.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you will receive a full refund with no fees.

• أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبداخل التغليف الأصلي.
•   يتم تحويل قيمة المرتجع عبر إنستاباي أو المحفظة الإلكترونية خلال 3 أيام عمل من استلام وفحص المنتج المرتجع، وذلك بعد خصم رسوم الإرجاع البالغة 80 جنيهًا.

• رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.

إذا كان المنتج تالفاً أو به عيب أو غير مطابق للوصف يتم رد كامل المبلغ دون أي رسوم.
